One great productivity tip is to use a digital stopwatch and make 45-minute time intervals when you start working and start the countdown when you do your task. Have 10-minute breaks and get some rest. This is a very important step. If you choose to overlook this, this tip will fail.

During your break, you may do anything other than work.  When the break is over, you must get back to work immediately, no excuses. Notice that your productivity will increase greatly. It is a win-win situation, so you should definitely try it.
